About PropertyScore

PropertyScore is an independent evaluation platform for residential real-estate projects in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. We do not list properties, do not sell inventory, and do not accept commissions from developers for editorial placement.

What we do

Every published project is scored on three independent pillars — Location, Developer and Planning — using publicly available information: RERA filings, developer disclosures, official planning documents, news reports and site-visit notes.

What we don’t do

• We do not publish prices, budgets, or per-sq-ft rates.
• We do not run listings, referral funnels or lead-selling on the public site.
• We do not accept payment for a higher score. Sponsored placements, when they appear, are clearly labelled and do not alter the underlying algorithmic score.

Coverage

We currently cover residential projects across major Ahmedabad micro-markets (Shela, Shilaj, Science City, Thaltej, Bopal, South Bopal, Motera, WAPA, Vaishnodevi Circle, Chandkheda and more) and Gandhinagar (GIFT City, Sargasan, Kudasan, Sector 4/16 and adjacent zones).
