Editorial policy
Independence
PropertyScore does not accept payment from developers, brokers or agencies to change a score. Sponsored placements, when they exist, appear only as clearly labelled cards; the underlying algorithmic score remains unchanged and is available in the audit trail.
Fact vs judgement vs speculation
- Confirmed facts — sourced from RERA, planning authorities or the developer’s official disclosure. Cited on the project page.
- Editorial judgement — our analysis of location strengths, developer track record and planning quality. Presented in prose, not as bullet-point facts.
- Forward-looking possibilities — infrastructure that has been announced but not delivered is labelled as such in the "Future Scope" section. We never treat speculative infrastructure as verified.
Corrections
If any fact on a project page is incorrect, use the corrections form. We investigate every submission within 7 working days. If a correction is made, the "Last reviewed" timestamp on the page is updated and a note is added to the change log.
Sources & citation
Every material project-specific claim is backed by a source. We show a source count and a link section on each page, and are progressively adding inline citations for the strongest claims. If a claim cannot be traced to a source, it is edited or removed.
RERA labels
A project record is labelled "Verified · GujRERA" only when the RERA number has been cross-checked against the official GujRERA project record for the same developer and location. Otherwise the label is omitted and only the RERA number is shown, with a link to GujRERA for the user to verify.
Reviews and ratings
We do not publish end-user star ratings, review counts or aggregate rating scores. Every published score is an editorial evaluation, not a crowd rating.
